Service Model

We offer basic free features and a premium subscription model that unlocks advanced features such as:

• Performance and fitness analysis
• Detailed training reports
• Synchronization with Garmin, Polar, and Strava
• Custom training plan creation

Premium Subscription

We offer premium subscriptions with advanced features. By subscribing to a premium plan:

• You agree to be charged according to the chosen plan
• Premium access is maintained until the end of the paid period

Web Payments

Payments made through the website are processed via PIX (Efí Bank). You can renew your subscription at any time through the website.

Apple App Store Subscriptions

For subscriptions made through the iOS app, the following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal up to 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by accessing your account settings in the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

Google Play Subscriptions

For subscriptions made through the Android app, the following terms apply:

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in Google Play settings after purchase

Refund Policy

For subscriptions made through the website, we offer a full refund for cancellations within 7 days of the first charge, provided there has been no significant use of premium features. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, Apple's and Google's refund policies apply respectively.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Active subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of changes that affect them.

Content Ownership

All content on the Magic Training platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, training algorithms, and software, is the property of Magic Training and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Authorized Use

You may use the platform's content exclusively for your personal training. The following is expressly prohibited:

• Reproducing, distributing, or selling the platform's content
• Using training plans for commercial purposes without authorization
• Copying or adapting proprietary algorithms and methodologies
• Creating derivative works based on our content

User Content

By entering personal data, training metrics, or other content on the platform, you retain ownership of that data but grant Magic Training a license to process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy to provide the services.

Garmin Connect

Our platform integrates with the Garmin Connect Developer Program. By connecting your Garmin account:

• You explicitly authorize the transfer of data between the platforms
• You agree to Garmin's terms and policies in addition to ours
• You understand that Garmin device data will be displayed with proper attribution
• You may revoke this authorization at any time through settings

Third-Party Data Responsibilities

When you connect third-party devices or services (such as Garmin Connect), you agree that:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You will not share other users' data without consent
• You understand that data quality depends on the source devices
• You accept that integrations may be disrupted by changes in third-party services

Regulatory Compliance

Our platform follows applicable regulations, including:

• General Data Protection Law (LGPD) in Brazil
• International regulations for data transfer
• Terms and conditions of third-party developer programs
• Security and privacy best practices

Security Notifications

We have implemented monitoring and notification systems to:

• Detect unauthorized access attempts
• Identify security vulnerabilities
• Notify partners (such as Garmin) of relevant incidents within 24 hours
• Maintain audit logs for compliance

Availability

Although we strive to keep the platform available 24/7, there may be occasional interruptions for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue platform features at any time. Premium subscribers will be notified of significant changes affecting the features they pay for.

Backup and Data Loss

We perform regular data backups, but we recommend that you also keep your own copies of important information. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures, although we make every effort to prevent them.

Specific Limitations for Integrations

Specifically regarding integrations with third-party devices and services:

• We do not guarantee continuous availability of third-party integrations
• We are not responsible for changes in the terms or operation of third-party APIs
• Data accuracy depends on the source devices and sensors
• Changes in third-party privacy policies may affect integrations
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or API limits

User Responsibility

The user is responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy of their device data
• Consulting qualified professionals before following training recommendations
• Keeping their login credentials secure
• Reporting problems or data inconsistencies

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts.
